I bought this for my child. I trust a Singapore made mattress brand to give me something honest when I buy a natural latex product. I could inspect the content by unzipping the cover. I could not smell any petrochemical residue that might suggest it's fake natural latex. The cool fabric is amazing and my child hardly tosses and turns these days during naps.
